JOB DESCRIPTION
As Sales and Business Development Officer, you will:
- Managing leads on assigned commodity or clients, starting from leads generation, up to tender phase
- Building network and maintain professional relationship with key decision maker from client organization
- Coordinate with Project Delivery & Execution team and communicate with client to assure project completed on time
- Coordinate and communicate with principals, starting from product introduction phase until products and services fully delivered to clients Organize and maintain reports, files and records
- Coordinate and administrate all legal and documents required
- Negotiate, checking and coordinate all legal aspects of the contracts with principals
- Handling logistics and all administrative procurement to enable on time delivery
- Maintain security of confidential information
REQUIREMENT
Apart from desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Min Diploma degree in Engineering / Marketing related field
- Prior 1-3 years experiences in business development, dealing with government experience is an advantage.
- Skilled in Customer Service, Oil and Gas or Telco background is an advantage
- Experience in high level negotiation and interaction
- Computer literate and able to use full range of Office application e.g. Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio
- Good communication skills, Good in written and spoken in ENGLISH is a MUST
- Attention to details
REQUIREMENT
Apart from desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Have experiences as Project Engineer 1-3 years
- Preferably have experience in government projects, especially the Navy (TNI)
- Minimum S1 Teknik
- Familiar with Technical Drawing program (CAD)
- Good at Project Planning and Maintain Project Budget
- Have understanding in Basic Safety
- Available to join immediately
- Fluent in English and Ms. Office
- Placement in Jakarta Timur or Surabaya
REQUIREMENT

- Have 5 years experiences as Tender Administration
- Preferably have experience in government tender, especially the Navy / TNI
- Have understanding in LPSE and e-proc system, having a certificate is a plus
- Good at maintain document
- Have understanding in tender requirement compliances
- Available to join immediately
- Fluent in English and Ms. Office
- Placement in Jakarta
